About Momentum Volleyball
Founded in 2018, Momentum Volleyball has supported thousands of athletes in their volleyball journey. Momentum operates in many towns and cities across Southern Ontario and is continuing to expand to offer more options for everyone looking to play our favourite game!
Originally focused on youth day camps and technical training programs, Momentum has since expanded to offer adult programs in 2021, adding adult training, leagues, tournaments and drop-ins to further support athletes of all ages!
